Associate Artist

From 2017-2019 I collaborated with digital arts organisation Ludic Rooms across multiple projects as a designer, workshop facilitator, project manager and artist. Projects included:

Open Citizens - ‘When we play together, we belong together. A series of projects exploring how a playful approach to creative technologies in public space might drive new conversations around democracy and citizenship in the 21st century.’

We delivered a series of workshops with community groups and members of the public to design and prototype playful interventions that could become real-life interventions in Coventry’s public realm.

You Can-Can - a never ending digital loop of Coventry Citizens dancing the Can-Can.

Scream if you want to go faster - hacked electric scooters that sped up according to the sound of your voice.

Nod Bins - a series of bins throughout Coventry that were sound responsive when you deposited litter.

Buddy Bench - A bench that gave you a massage when two strangers sat down and talked. Visit the Site →

Play! - An exhibition engagement programe for Herbert Art Gallery and museum, we design and built a modular play pod that could be temporarily installed at indoor and outdoor events and festivals. Offering both interactive play elements, display and workshop space.

Mi: Labs - Working with schools across Coventry to deliver creative technology sessions culminating in a series of showcase events at Warwick Arts Centre.
