As part of the Kenilworth Greenway project, Sam Williams Studio has been commissioned to deliver Engine: Curatorial Development Programme. This 2.5 year project will help early career creatives learn skills, build connections, and create an exciting new piece of public art.
ENGINE: Curatorial Development Programme will focus on the Kenilworth Greenway area of the HS2 development and is being delivered by Sam Williams Studio commissioned by Balfour Beatty VINCI in response to their regional art strategy.
We have now recruited three early career creatives to join our team who will gain:
Hands-on experience in public art curation and commissioning
Mentorship from industry leaders
A paid role, two days per week for 2.5 years.
Opportunities to work with communities and develop projects
Professional development and career-building support
The Engine Cohort will be developing a public art commission for the Kenilworth Greenway area in collaboration with local stakeholders and community groups. We will be announcing more information about the team in May.
