Exploring prototyping techniques for creating scale models as potential minature artworks and models for future sculptures.
In 2023 Sam was awarded one of ACE’s Developing Your Creative Practice grant which supported her to explore making work in new ways, alongside mentoring and networking support. A rare opportunity to invest in time and materials to experiment with a range of making & manufacturing processes. With a view to making smaller saleable objects that also double as prototype works for larger scale sculptures/installations for future exhibitions and public art.
